How to build a new die cast model ?

1-Prototype stage

1)Make the model 3D data for your confirmation.

2)Confirming the 3D drawing for Models and making a prototype.

Need 3D data for real vehicles + photos by all angles and interior parts for it from your side.

2- Tooling stage.

Opening the molds. (If you want the resin model, don't need open mold, but the unit price will be much higher)

We will go ahead for the tooling after getting your confirmation for the model prototype.

3- Mass Production stage

After the sample is confirmed by your side. We will start assembling the models.

Need the marking information for the colors + the decoration + design of color box + shipping marks from you.

Step 1 : Prototype sample development :

We will produce a handmade prototype sample according to your detail requirements,usually it takes 25-35 days

Step 2 : Mold development :

The main mold tooling process has:

CNC process ,grinding process,EDM process , rough machining , finish machining ,heat treatment process , drilling process ,polishing ,die assembly process, usually it takes about 28-35days.

Step 3 : packing details and Shipping mark confirmation :

Please advise your design for packing details and shipping marks, then we can make a sample and show you for approval.

Step 4 : Mass Production :

We will arrange mass production after everything is approved, the main process is :

plastic injection, zinc alloy & aluminium alloy die cast , polishing,brushing, electroplating, lacquer ,pad printing, hot stamping ,assembly and packing.
