2. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days （We make a full inspection of the model before shipment. The model you receive should be in good condition）.

Delivery times vary by country (usually 7-20 days). Tracking info will be provided.

Import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local laws before ordering.
3.Packaging & Delivery Check

To protect your models during shipping, we take extra care with every order:
1. Secure Packaging

Your item will be safely packed in air column cushions + sturdy cardboard boxes, with “FRAGILE” stickers clearly marked.
2. Before You Sign for Delivery

Check the package carefully for any damage (dents, tears, broken seals) before signing.

Only sign if the package looks undamaged!
3. If There’s a Problem

Do NOT sign for it if the package is crushed, opened, or visibly damaged.

Take clear photos/video immediately:

Show the damaged parts of the product.

Show the damaged outer box and shipping labels.

Contact us within 3 days with the evidence. We’ll resend or refund!
